FLYING FIELD INFORMATION
FENTRESS: Our primary site is NALF Fentress, a former WWII US NAVY airfield, still in use
as a practice landing field for US NAVY fighters. We utilize the grass area in front of the main building every Sunday afternoon
at 1:00.
Radio Control flyers use the taxiway. If you want to fly you should be active duty military or have an AMA license.
UPDATE 11-25-02!!!!!!
RC guys must be signed off in the proper use and operation of their AC and be issued
a "FENTRESS RC QUAL" prior to solo operation.
